For a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete delivery, please include clear images of the item, the problem, the shipping label, and the outer packaging where relevant. These details help us review the matter accurately and offer the right solution.

Our team checks messages on business days and replies as soon as reasonably possible. We may not always answer immediately, but every request is given careful attention.

For an order with a deadline, please explain the deadline clearly in your message and include your order number. If a gift is needed by a specific date, tell us that date up front so we can advise you on timing before anything is promised.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Personalised, engraved, monogrammed, and made-to-order items may move into production soon after an order is confirmed, so the window for a change can be short.
